HVNL (Chain of Responsibility)

The HVNL (CoR) Management System is developed to meet the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) on-road compliance and enforcement requirements. The system contains policies, procedures, forms and checklists that address the broad range of HVNL requirements including (but not limited to): prescribed work, rest, driver fatigue, work diary requirements and vehicle standards such as maximum permissible mass and dimensions of heavy vehicles used on roads.

Human Resources

Human resource management (HRM or HR) is the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people in a business to meet the businesses operational and strategic objectives. The system is developed in line with relevant industrial and workplace relations legislation and specific industry and business employment instrument (awards/agreements) requirements.

Sound human resource management provides a business with competent productive employees ensuring the business develops a competitive advantage. It is designed to maximise employee performance in service of an employer’s strategic objectives.

Psychosocial Risk Management (Mental Health)

Psychosocial risk management is relatively new in most industries, and not all organisations have the in-house capability to successfully identify risks and controls, or to design and deliver valuable assurance programs to monitor the effectiveness of controls. Transforming the way businesses are thinking about health and safety.

Managing psychosocial risks at work is just as important as managing physical risks. Persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBUs), such as employers, must eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks so far as is reasonably practicable.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)

HACCP is an internationally recognised system used to identify and manage hazards and reduce the risks of food contamination across the whole production process.

The HACCP Management System contains policies, procedures, forms and checklists to ensure food safety hazards are identified and controlled throughout the entire food supply chain of a finished product.

Businesses that provide services to food manufacturing and supply businesses (however do not directly work in food manufacturing or supply) may also be required by their food manufacturing or supply clients to address relevant HACCP requirements.

Safety Management Systems

A safety management system (SMS) is designed to proactively manage safety risk in the workplace. An SMS contains policies, procedures, forms, checklists and registers to ensure management is meeting their safety due diligence obligations outlined in relevant Federal / State / Territory safety legislation and best practice requirements outlined in approved codes of practice.

A safety management system is designed to ensure that health and safety issues are addressed in a systematic and integrated way to suit business operations.
